Welcome to Corey B Photography By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer photography and some videography services, including production plus more but not limited to portraits, events, commercial photography.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure a booking, a deposit amount will be required. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit and a signed agreement.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless our photographer have made an arraignment with you or your tea. At this time Payments can be made via Zelle,credit card, paypal , cashapp ,apple pay and more.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [number] days' notice. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the notice period.

  • Photographer Cancellation: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide a new proposed date or provide a refund if the service can’t be provided.

5. Deliverables

  • Photo Delivery: Photos will be delivered within a great timeframe depending on the service you book. Delivery times may vary based on the nature of the project.

6. Copyright and Usage

All images taken remain the copyright of Corey B Photography. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute images without prior written consent. We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Corey B Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session or event.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions for any locations, people, or property included in the photoshoot. Any additional costs or legal issues arising from this will be the client's responsibility.

9. Conduct

We expect professional and respectful conduct from all parties. Any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session or event without a refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
